Our product is easy to use and you don’t need any technical knowledge to get underway. We can either install the Wireless Social service on existing Wi-Fi equipment, if not, we send you one of our re-configured devices.
Within minutes, the guest Wi-Fi becomes a powerful marketing tool, which enables venues to collect GDPR compliant data, which can be automatically pushed into a dotmailer list, where it can be used to send automated and tailored messages to guests, whilst they are in your venue, or as part of ongoing marketing campaigns.
By combining Social Login and Presence Analytics, we are able to build a detailed customer profile which includes ages, gender, Facebook Likes and interest categories, dwell times, visit time of day, visit frequency & recency, and other venues in the group visited. All of these can be used to segment the data to enable highly targeted and relevant messages.
