WIRELESS SOCIAL PARTNERS WITH ACTEOL TO PROVIDE IN-DEPTH CUSTOMER DATA TO OPERATORS
In order to further enhance its offering for operators, data collection expert Wireless Social has teamed up with, data solutions provider, Acteol to allow for more detailed customer segmentation.
Through the ongoing partnership, operators now have the ability to obtain in-depth customer data, collected through social media log-in. This information is then segmented into gender, age and birthdays. Additionally, operators can see the frequency, length of visits and details of when customers are most likely to open and read their emails.
