Covid-19 changed the normal landscape of hospitality operations and scheduled marketing campaigns, so Honest Burgers reached out to see if their Wireless Social data could provide some useful insight into their guests and their habits, to inspire a different kind of marketing activity.

Our insights

Wireless Social’s data team created a snapshot of Honest Burger’s data, detailing the demographics of people that had visited pre and post-covid, as there had been a noticeable shift in the types of people eating out. Also, local charities that their guests ‘like’ on Facebook were singled out for some potential local partnership opportunities.
